Infracapital, the infrastructure equity investment arm of M&G plc, is pleased to announce Latifa Tefridj-Gaillard as Head of Capital Formation and Investor Relations. She will be based in London and start later this year.

Whilst at Goldman Sachs, Latifa assisted and managed the formation of over $40 billion in funds across the capital structure. Altogether, Tefridj-Gaillard brings nearly two decades of experience to her new role, where she will be responsible for Capital Raising & Client Relations, supporting Business Development, Sustainability and Communications initiatives.

Latifa holds a Masters degree in Banking, Finance and Insurance from Paris IX Dauphine University and a Masters in Finance and Actuarial Science from ESSEC Business School in Paris.

The Investor Relations team has been further strengthened in the last twelve months with the addition of three new Associates with a set of diverse competencies, backgrounds and perspectives across infrastructure M&A, IR and Brand & Communication to continue serving our global partners.

Brittany Mark joined from IFM Investors where she was in the Investor Relations team focusing on infrastructure equity. Brittany studied Finance at Auckland University of Technology.
