Carolyn has over 15 years of experience across client coverage, advisory and transaction execution. In addition to investor relations engagements, she also worked on a large number of transactions across both M&A advisory and capital markets processes across a wide range of industries.
Prior to joining Infracapital, Carolyn was at Goldman Sachs (New Zealand) having spent her career in investment banking. Carolyn has a broad range of experience across client coverage, advisory and transaction execution. In addition to investor relations engagements, she also worked on a large number of transactions across both M&A advisory and capital markets processes across a wide range of industries.
Carolyn holds an Executive MBA from the University of Oxford and a BCom (First Class Honours) in Finance and Economics from the University of Auckland. She also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is authorised to undertake investment activities by M&G under the Certification Regime.
