Adam Spencer
Financing and Hedging Director
Prior to joining Infracapital, Adam was a member of the M&G Project and Infrastructure Finance team for more than 6 years. During this time, Adam spent time analysing and structuring new private debt transactions across a range of sectors with particular focus transport, power generation and transmission, PPP and student accommodation. Adam also has experience working on products comprising senior private and public bonds, mezzanine loans, holdco facilities and CLO’s.
Adam holds a degree in Economics from the University of Exeter.
